Vacuum oil injection equipment is mainly used for vacuum oil injection and drying treatment of power equipment such as transformers and mutual inductors, ensuring that there are no bubbles or moisture inside the equipment, improving insulation performance and operational reliability
Application of vacuum oil injection equipment:
Mainly used for vacuum oil injection of high-voltage transformers, amorphous alloy transformers, transformers, bushings, capacitors and other products.
Equipment performance characteristics:
1. The assembled amorphous alloy transformer trolley enters and exits the vacuum oil tank, and the vacuum tank is evacuated to remove insulation and air inclusions between the iron cores.
2. Configure an oil storage buffer tank with a working temperature of -60 ℃ and the same working pressure as a vacuum tank.
3. Each transformer can be oiled individually or simultaneously. Each unit can have dual control of oil injection volume and oil injection level. When the oil level reaches, the oil injection valve will automatically close.
4. The vacuum system has automatic vacuum control and oil spill protection function.
Equipment performance characteristics:
1. Vacuum can be used to evacuate and remove gas from high-voltage electrical appliances, as well as to evacuate and remove gas from sealed high-voltage electrical appliances. Automatic control of vacuum degree, evacuation time, temperature, etc.
2. Transformer oil can be filtered and heated in oil treatment equipment, and qualified transformer oil can be injected into high-voltage electrical appliances through pipelines. Oil injection control can use liquid level control, and flow control can also be used simultaneously to control the valve to automatically close.
3. For electrical appliances with specific requirements, a pressure impregnation process can be applied to the oiled appliances. The pressure should be set according to the oiling process, and it will automatically stabilize when the pressure is reached.
4. The temperature of the oil injection device is provided by the heating furnace and is automatically controlled.
