8. Operation method of transformer vacuum oil injection equipment:

By conducting a vacuum test to check the strength of the fuel tank, the local elastic deformation should generally not exceed twice the thickness of the tank wall, and the tightness of the vacuum system should be checked.

1. Vacuum the transformer oil tank at a uniform speed, reach the specified vacuum degree, and maintain it for 2 hours before starting to inject oil into the tank (usually the evacuation time is 1/3 to 1/2 of the exposure time to air). The oil injection temperature should be slightly higher than the body temperature;

2. Stop injecting oil into the transformer at a speed of 3-5 t/h, about 200mm from the top of the tank, and continue vacuuming for more than 4 hours;

3. Transformer oil replenishment: When the transformer is refilled with oil after vacuum oil injection, it needs to be injected through the oil storage tank oil injection pipe. It is strictly prohibited to inject oil from the lower throttle. When refilling, the oil flow should be slowly injected into the transformer until it reaches the specified oil level, and then let it rest for 12 hours.
