Introduction to Vacuum Oil Injection Equipment:
Vacuum oil injection equipment is mainly used for vacuum oil injection of amorphous alloy transformers, high-voltage oil immersed transformers, and capacitors. It can also be used for vacuum oiling of other power products. The oil processing equipment is used for vacuum filtration treatment of transformer oil for oil immersed transformers with voltage levels of 500KV and below.
Working principle of vacuum oil injection equipment:
In a vacuum environment, the product to be oiled is first subjected to vacuum degassing treatment to achieve the required vacuum degree. Then, the treated insulating oil is injected into the body of the device, and the injected oil can be controlled by a flow meter. Due to the vacuum environment, the insulation paint can fully penetrate into the gaps of the product coil, improving the oil infiltration ability and greatly enhancing the insulation strength of the coil.
Characteristics of vacuum oil injection equipment:
The amount of oil injection for each product can be controlled separately and pre-set, and the speed of oil injection can also be adjusted to meet the requirements of different processes. The oil storage tank is equipped with a heating system and placed on top of the oil filling tank, which not only saves space but also facilitates the control of oil filling. The bottom of the oil tank can be equipped with an electric raceway or a trolley, which is beneficial for the placement of products. The vacuum system is equipped with a vacuum filter, which extracts volatile oil, gas, and water vapor into the vacuum pump.
The oil filling tank can be designed in two types according to customer requirements: circular and square, with or without heating. For the oil injection of transformers, it is generally done by directly evacuating the transformer body and injecting oil, and controlling the amount of oil injection through a level gauge.
