Purpose of vacuum unit: mainly used for mobile evacuation of equipment.


Advantages of vacuum system:

Working principle:

Firstly, set the upper and lower limits of the vacuum system (for example, set the upper limit to -0.08MPa and the lower limit to -0.06MPa). After starting the system, one of the vacuum pumps starts working. Until the vacuum degree inside the vacuum tank exceeds the upper limit value of -0.08Pa, the vacuum pump will automatically stop running. The vacuum inside the vacuum tank will be automatically cut off by the vacuum check valve. If the vacuum degree inside the vacuum tank drops below the lower limit value of -0.06MPa due to work requirements, the other vacuum pump will automatically start until the vacuum degree inside the vacuum tank reaches the upper limit value for a certain period of time. If a single vacuum pump cannot pump the vacuum degree inside the tank above the lower limit value, the other vacuum pump will automatically start until it exceeds the upper limit value

Performance characteristics:

After the first start-up, the entire operation process of the device can achieve fully automatic control. In its work, the vacuum degree in various parts of the vacuum system always fluctuates up and down within its allowable range, and the fluctuation range can be adjusted according to user requirements.

This device automatically controls the system without human operation and can automatically close the vacuum system during power outages. At the same time, the control box can protect the vacuum pump motor from overload and short circuit, and query the operation records of each pump.

Details of the Central Vacuum System:

Through the design of a central vacuum system, multiple single pumps are replaced by several larger vacuum pumps on individual production machines. Configure an automated frequency conversion control system and connect it to the production machine through the main and branch pipes of the gas storage tank. The supply of vacuum is fully automated according to production needs, which means energy savings. The noise level in the employee workspace has been greatly reduced.

Advantages of central vacuum system:

1. No heat or noise emissions in the production area

In production facilities, workplaces are facing increasingly strict noise and heat dissipation regulations. In centralized pneumatic systems, separate vacuum pumps and compressors are no longer required. Employees are subjected to minimal heat, noise, and oil mist.

2. Low energy consumption requirements for central vacuum systems

Eliminating many dispersed pumps leads to a significant reduction in heat. Therefore, the air conditioning system bears lower loads and consumes less energy. By discharging exhaust ports (and accompanying oil mist) in the production area, the air quality in the production area is

greatly improved. The central system is controlled by a PLC controller. The controller monitors and controls different pressures or vacuum levels.

3. Central intelligent control

In the centralized central vacuum system, you can remotely monitor any pump on the running vacuum system. It is much simpler and more convenient to inspect and maintain than a single pump. Save maintenance and testing personnel.

4. Lower maintenance requirements

Factories without centralized gas supply systems typically have multiple vacuum pumps and compressors from multiple manufacturers. Many different replacement and wear parts require individual systems, resulting in significantly increased logistics and becoming expensive maintenance costs. Generally speaking, vacuum pumps and compressors in centralized pneumatic systems require low maintenance and utilize many of the same components and materials. This limits the range of required parts to an absolute minimum.
