The VRC series static mixing vacuum casting equipment is mainly used for epoxy resin casting production of dry-type transformers, dry-type bushings, basin insulators, dry-type transformers, high-voltage switch insulation components, and other electrical products.

Main features of the equipment

1. Advanced static mixing system


Adopting advanced static mixing technology, high-pressure feeding by metering pumps, continuous mixing by static mixers, continuous operation of feeding, static mixing, and automatic pouring, and automation of the pouring process; The components involved in the mixing are very small, and the viscosity of the mixed material is low. It is poured while mixing, with excellent permeability and wetting properties, ensuring the quality of the poured product; The mixing and pouring process adopts automated control to prevent operators from making mistakes; The amount of mixed residual materials is very small, effectively reducing material loss and maximizing environmental protection;

2. Automatic pouring and distribution system


Adopting an automatic pouring valve, each pouring port is connected to the corresponding mold, and the touch screen is used for on-site control.

The pouring amount of each set of molds can be automatically controlled through a metering pump, and the pouring amount of each batch is recorded in the computer for easy query and tracking;

3. A complete vacuum system

All material preparation, batching, feeding, and pouring of the equipment during the production process are carried out in a vacuum state, effectively removing moisture and other gas impurities to ensure that the poured products meet the insulation level requirements.

4. Reliable measurement system

For static mixing and pouring equipment, a metering pump made of superhard wear-resistant material is used for metering, which runs reliably, and the dynamic metering accuracy can be guaranteed within 1%, with a service life of more than 1 million times; High precision electronic weighing systems, flow meters, and imported feeding pumps are used on other types of pouring equipment to achieve precise material preparation control.

5. Advanced and safe heating technology

The mixing tank used for degassing treatment uses thermal oil as the heat transfer medium for heating, which has the advantages of safety and reliability, high temperature control accuracy, good temperature uniformity, and no local overheating.

The pouring tank for placing the pouring mold is heated by highly reliable electric heating elements, which have the advantages of energy saving, simplicity, reliability, and aesthetics.

6. Advanced and reliable measurement and control system

The main control system adopts computer control technology, and key processes and processes that are prone to manual errors are all controlled by computer chain control technology. Process modification, process curve recording, and process parameter adjustment can be easily achieved through computers. The entire equipment measurement control and vacuum control are automatically set and controlled, and the overall performance of the measurement and control system has reached the international advanced level.
