Overview of Vacuum Pressure Immersion Painting Equipment
The vacuum pressure impregnation equipment is mainly suitable for insulation impregnation treatment of high demand and high quality power capacitors and electrical materials such as high-voltage (traction, explosion-proof) motor test transformers.
This series of equipment places the workpiece to be immersed in paint in a completely sealed container and evacuates it. The immersion solution is injected into it through the pressure difference method, and a certain pressure is applied to thoroughly penetrate all the gaps of the workpiece, achieving the best immersion effect. This series of equipment is equipped with multiple safety protection devices. The cylinder mouth adopts the lip tooth method for automatic locking, and the cylinder head adopts hydraulic automatic opening and closing.
Structural composition of vacuum pressure impregnation equipment
The vacuum pressure impregnation equipment consists of a vacuum pressure impregnation tank, a paint storage tank, a drying tank, a filtration system, a vacuum system, an oil return system, a pressurization system, an oil drying system, an oil return system, an electrical control system, and an alarm system.
Equipment performance characteristics:
1. Vacuum removes moisture adsorbed on the coil and gas in the gap, providing immersion space for vacuum coating. Adding positive pressure can make the immersion more complete.
2. The anti-corrosion treatment inside the paint immersion tank and paint storage tank eliminates the source of impurities, and the fine filtration device removes foreign impurities.
3. The human-machine interface automatic control is a strict guarantee for the implementation details of the vacuum pressure coating process, completing the full coating process with one click.
4. A well-designed bottom paint structure can reduce the use of paint during work and solve the problem of paint leakage.
5. A comprehensive safety chain mechanism ensures that the paint immersion tank does not pose a risk of misoperation under pressure.
